Info & Care:
Due to the delicate nature of most of our garments we are unable to provide guarantee for colour, beads and workmanship. We recommend Dry Cleaning garments only.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred. Items can also be dropped of at Saree Sqaure store and your return will be processed within 2 working days.
Shipping:
Saree Square use an express delivery service for all national and international orders so that we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. To ensure your package gets to you we require physical address, preferably the address you will be at during the weekdays. We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times. Please allow an extra 2 days for alterations where applicable. Orders are subject to stock availability.
